NICE - Point of Care Tests - UTI's

NICE did not recommend the tests evaluated but they have documented the patients’ chronic UTI journey, for both adults and children, in their guidance. They document the impact of this infection on patients’ quality of life, ability to work, and mental health. In the case of children, this includes the ability to attend school and participate in peer activities.

With further research and information it may be possible to recommend a better testing system – at least it’s a start!
