Mr Tatarov trained at St Petersburgh Medical School and joined University Hospital Wales as a Consultant Urologist in September 2014.

He is an active supporter of BHUk. He was a speaker at the member seminar in Cardiff in May 2017 and wrote an article on Nocturia in the Spring 2019 edition of the 'Your Bladder Health'

Mr Rahim Kaba is a Consultant Urologist at South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust

He attended medical school at Guys’, Kings’ an St Thomas’ Hospitals in London.

Mr Kaba has a good grounding in all aspects of general urology and has an interest in functional urology and lower urinary tract dysfunction.

Mr Zaki Almallah MB ChB MD FRCS (Edinburgh) FRCS (Urology)

Mr Almallah is a Consultant Urological Surgeon.

His experience in Urology goes back to 1997 at the University of Aberdeen and Birmingham hospitals where he gained several awards. He has a long list of scientific publications and guest lectures. He was a visiting Consultant at the University of Colorado Health Science Centre, USA and the University of Johannes Gutenberg, Mainz, Germany. He also provides consultancy work for the pharmaceutical industry and other specialist organisations.

His professional memberships include the British Medical Association, the British Association of Urological Surgeons.

Mr Jonathan Goddard BSc(Hons), MB BS, FRCS(Eng), MD, FRCS(Urol), FEBU

Mr Jonathan Goddard is a Consultant Urological Surgeon at Leicester General Hospital with a specialist interest in bladder pain as well as andrology, penile cancer and daycase surgery. He is also curator of BAUS (The British Association of Urological Surgeons) Museum.

Mr Goddard qualified from The London Hospital, did his basic surgical training in the South West and was awarded an MD from the University of Leicester. He then trained as a urologist in the East Midlands. He is a fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England and of the European Urology Board.

Dr Anderson is a pro-active supporter of Bladder Health UK. Dr Anderson is an experienced General Practioner with particular interest in recurrent urogynaecological infection.

Focus Medical Clinic was established in 2012 by Dr Anderson in order to fulfil an unmet need for specialist treatment of recurrent UTI/chronic Cystitis

Mr Ased Ali

Mr Ased Ali is a Consultant Urologist at Mid Yorkshire Hospitals with specialist interests in cystitis, urinary tract infection, incontinence and bladder reconstruction. He is also heavily involved in research, leading regionally on multiple clinical trials for patients with troublesome bladder conditions and is very keen for patients to have access to the latest treatments and technologies available for bladder problems.

Mr Ali qualified from The University of Manchester, with subsequent general surgical training in the Northwest of England and Higher Urological training in Yorkshire and Northeast of England. He undertook sub-specialty training in Female Urology and Uro-gynaecology at Duke University, North Carolina, USA and Centre for Pelvic floor at University of Births Columbia, Vancouver, Canada. His Royal College of Surgeons approved fellowship in Female Urology and Reconstructive Surgery was carried out at the Freeman Hospital in Newcastle upon Tyne.

Mr Ali is dual trained as both a surgeon (awarded Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons, FRCS) and as a scientist (awarded an immunology doctorate, PhD). His first involvement with the charity and foundation was a result of receiving funding from it for research into recurrent cystitis and painful bladder syndrome. Mr Ali has received research funding from multiple other organisations including the Medical Research Council (MRC), Wellcome Trust, National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) and Wellbeing of Women. His work is regularly presented at The European Association of Urology for which he has won multiple awards and he has ongoing international collaborations investigating bladder conditions.
