Join Holly Smith, a mindfulness practitioner, for a six week guided mindfulness course for bladder condition sufferers designed to help you cultivate relaxation, manage stress triggers, and develop self compassion. The ssions will focus on practical tools to reduce overthinking, improve self regulation, and support emotional wellbeing. Each one hour weekly session will include guided mindfulness practices, reflective exercises and group discussions in a small supportive setting (maximum 15 participants).
