About the Speaker - Mary Cotter
Mary Cotter is a Registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and founder of Mary Cotter Nutrition, a specialist online clinic supporting women with chronic and recurring urinary tract infections (UTIs). Her team combines nutritional therapy, functional testing, and evidence-informed supplement strategies as part of an integrative approach to urinary health.
Drawing on her own experience of overcoming chronic UTIs, alongside over a decade in clinical practice, Mary’s work focuses on identifying underlying drivers such as changes in the urinary microbiome, immune imbalances, and the health of the bladder lining helping clients achieve lasting relief and improved quality of life.
