2. Post the application form along with a cheque payment to our office or

ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTION FEES - FIRST YEAR

New members will receive a comprehensive new member pack which includes a handbook specific to your illness, a bladder-friendly recipe and diet book, the latest copy of the our magazine plus details of all the resources available.

Joining Fee: £5.00

UK Individual Membership - £20.00 per annum. For adults, or parents and carers of children under 16 years of age.

UK Concessionary Membership: £10.00 per annum. For adults, or parents or carers of a child under 16 years of age, who are registered unemployed, students or those reliant on a state pension or benefits only.

Overseas Membership: £25.00 per annum
