To continue to receive the benefits of the advice line, members magazine and forums, you can renew your membership at any time and your membership will be extended for the full year.

Annual Membership Renewal Fees
To renew your membership is just £20 (£10 for people not working)  and for overseas members is just £25 (£20 for unwaged).

Renewal notices will be either emailed or sent by post. Please help to keep our costs down by making use of email. You can email to update your records at any time.

Renewal By Cheque, Credit Or Debit Card

We will write to you a month before your membership renewal is due. Once we have received your payment we will amend our database records

  • Cheque Payment - By Post:
    You can pay by cheque and return in the post along with your form.

  • Credit or Debit Card Payment - By Telephone:
    You can pay by credit or debit card by telephoning our office on 0121 702 0820

Renewal By Direct Debit

If you pay by direct debit, your renewal will automatically be arranged. We will send you a new membership and can’t wait card when it has been processed.

Don't Forget Gift Aid

Gift aid allows the charity to claim an extra 25% from the Inland Revenue. If you are a taxpayer, don't forget to tell us and we can update your records making your subscription and donations worth more.
