Information Day in Wales

Members Education and Information Day - Cardiff

Bladder Health UK and ERIC, the Children’ Bowel & Bladder Charity will be holding a joint event on the 20th May in Cardiff. Both of our organisations are passionate about raising awareness of all types of continence problems – from persistent wetting to chronic painful bladder illness. Although our charities support different groups and specific conditions there are areas of common interest and we are aiming to inform and educate the attendees and to highlight similarities rather than differences. We will be sharing the venue but having separate programmes. However, the last speaker of the day Professor James Malone- Lee will be of interst to both groups and we do hope to join together for this slot.

The session will inform and educate on the latest research and treatments and offer some new thinking to an area renowned for being ‘difficult.’  Professor Malone Lee has successfully treated both Adults and Children.

NB: We would like to invite attendees to the ERIC meeting to join us as this session will be of interest to those living with or treating children who suffer from chronic urinary tract infection and may be interested in new developments.
